POSITION PURPOSE AND SCOPE
Provides telephone and email assistance to customers seeking help with agency-related inquiries.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Provides telephone assistance to clients seeking insight on vehicle, driver’s license, business or property tax transactions
- Utilizing excellent communication skills to respond to client inquiries via email.
- Performs clerical tasks, including data entry, photocopying, and preparation of correspondence and/or reports.
- Maintains current knowledge of TCO product lines and applicable laws and procedures.
